Shipping Time

• The delivery window begins once an order has been picked up by the carrier.
• All orders are processed automatically. We are unable to expedite, delay, or modify shipment times once an order has been placed.

Duties & Taxes

• Prices for orders shipped within Vietnam include all applicable local taxes.
• For international orders, prices exclude local duties, taxes, and VAT. Any additional charges imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Depending on your country or region, DHL or FedEx may require additional information (such as a fiscal or identification number) to complete customs clearance.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders allow you to purchase an item prior to its availability for immediate shipment. All pre-order items are clearly marked on the website, with an estimated shipping date displayed above the product description.
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items become available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for items with different fulfillment timelines.
• Please note that pre-order items require additional production time. Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guideline only and may be subject to change due to production or logistical factors.

In-Store Pickup

• At this time, online orders are not eligible for in-store pickup.
